Necro Art! The 2008 Necro art for all three game systems has been uploaded for your viewing pleasure. This is the same art that is available on the t-shirts. The art is extremely detailed and Doug has once again out done himself!!! Check it out, and if you feel so inclined to do so, email me your opinions on the art and I will forward them to the artist.

Chaos Demons! On the horizon are the new books for Chaos Demons for Fantasy and 40K. The release date is said to be May 10th. Since The Necro has always been about keeping with the most current and updated rules set for armies, we have decided that the new chaos demons books, 40K and Fantasy will be in effect only, and the HoC and Soc Demon Legion lists will not be allowed. We have also kept an internal rule of "if the book comes out at least 30 days prior to the event than that book is the rule set we will use".

We do apologize to any demon army players that this may upset. We realize there are new units, rules, points, etc in the new book, and you may be forced to remove models from your list or even have to buy new ones and paint them up to be legal, and this I am sure is a pain. So on that note, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Check out the Necro Art section for new drafts for 2008 art. We are doing pieces for all three systems: Fantasy, 40K and Blood Bowl! These are going to be really cool pieces of art, and with our new t-shirt design method you will be able to include more than one piece of art on your shirts when ordering!

We are not selling t-shirts the traditional way this year. Also, we will have some really awesome artwork this year for all games played. You will be able to purchase event t-shirts through a third party website. Basically you will go to the site, click on the shirt style and color yo want, chose your art, and create your own shirt. Pay for it on that site and it will be shipped to you from them. We feel this is a fantastic way to give the players a few options when ordering event t-shirts, rather than us just handing you one we made whether you like it or not. It puts the decision in the players hands. We hope you like this option it as much as we do. We will have all the info on this site when we are ready with the art work, until then, check out the last few years of art by Doug Klem, our Necro artist HERE!

Fridays activities are being run by The Skeleton Crew from Pensacola, FL! (these guys also do the Battle On The Beach 40K tourney in Pensacola, see the IndyGT site for details).

Necropolis Apocalypse - Join the Skeleton Crew as we introduce Apocalypse-style carnage on a scale never before witnessed at the Necro. To take part, players must have 2000 points of their favorite 40K army (Titans, Baneblades and flyers *always* welcome), lots of dice, and a desire to see ridiculously large templates in action each turn.  Players will be assigned one of two huge sides and battle until time runs out or the last player has packed up.  Help us make this one of the largest Apocalypse games in the state and remember army comp is for wussies!

Blood Bowl - The Necro Bowl is a three round, resurrection-style Blood Bowl tournament. Teams should be created using the most recent addition of the Living Rulebook, and only teams from the Living Rulebook will be permitted to take part.  In addition, only one star player may be hired for the Necro Cup per team.  Players can find these rules (and the 07/08 Rules Review) as a free download at http://www.specialist-games.com/bloodbowl/rulebook.asp. Space will be limited to 20 players, so be sure to register early.
